鳳梨奶皇月餅設計

本次月餅造型以「鳳梨蒂頭」作為靈感來源,將台灣在地水果元素轉化為月餅模具圖案。透過鳳梨與中秋月餅的結合,不僅呼應台灣飲食文化,也賦予產品鮮明的口味辨識度。
設計保留廣式月餅的繁複浮雕細節,卻以幾何化的現代圖騰取代傳統吉祥紋樣。由中心向外擴散的層次感,呼應鳳梨果實的結構,讓消費者在品嚐前,便能先透過視覺獲得味覺的提示。
此設計將傳統點心轉譯為當代美感的節慶禮品,兼具文化符號再造與市場識別性。透過精緻模具工藝與細節掌握,作品在視覺與觸感上展現獨特質感,體現設計如何平衡傳統與現代。
Pineapple Custard Mooncake Design

This mooncake design takes inspiration from the pineapple crown, transforming Taiwan’s iconic fruit into a distinctive mold pattern. By combining the imagery of pineapple with traditional Mid-Autumn mooncakes, the design not only reflects Taiwanese food culture but also creates an immediate and intuitive flavor recognition.
The design preserves the intricate relief details of Cantonese-style mooncakes, while replacing conventional auspicious motifs with modern geometric patterns. The radiating layers from the center echo the structure of pineapple flesh, offering a visual cue that hints at flavor even before tasting.
This work reinterprets the traditional pastry as a contemporary festive gift, merging cultural symbolism with strong market identity. Through precise mold craftsmanship and careful attention to detail, the mooncake presents a refined visual and tactile quality—demonstrating how design can balance tradition with modern aesthetics.
